Production & Delivery Time

All products are made to order and require 10–12 working days for production. Once completed, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. We offer free worldwide shipping, and customs duties are prepaid for the USA, UK, UAE, and most European countries (excluding Switzerland and Norway).

Non-Refundable Items

At Rivalion, every product undergoes strict quality control before shipment. If you receive a defective item, you may request a Return, Replacement, or Refund within 14 days of delivery.

Return & Replacement Conditions

• Only defective or incorrectly supplied items are eligible for Return or Replacement.
  
• Clear photographs of the defect must be submitted to contact@rivalion.com for review and approval.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by us.
  
• A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns on made-to-order products.
