2. Orders & Payments
All orders submitted through our website are subject to product availability, verification, and acceptance by Rivalion LLC. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or decline any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving incorrect pricing information, unavailable products, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully processed, a full refund will be provided to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All prices shown on our website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified and may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
3. Production & Delivery
All products are made to order.
- Production: 10–12 working days
- Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Free worldwide shipping
- Customs duties are prepaid for the USA, UK, UAE, and most European countries (excluding Switzerland and Norway).
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns or replacement requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for defective or incorrect items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by photo proof. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours. Approved refunds are processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method.
Custom-made, made-to-measure, and fully customized leather products are non-refundable.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen settings.
